1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Monthly Giving Builder, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this platform.
  • The service is available to nonprofit organizations and professionals globally.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws and regulations.

3. Subscription & Pricing

Monthly Giving Builder is available via annual subscription only.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

  • $299 annually for the first 50 Founder Members (first year only)
  • $499 annually for all subsequent subscribers

4. Refund Policy

A 14-day refund period begins on the purchase date.

Refunds may be requested by:

Refund requests made after 14 days will not be honored.

  • Managing your subscription in account settings
  • Submitting a support ticket
  • Emailing info@positiveequation.com

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide

6. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all AI-generated content created using the Builder.
  • You retain ownership of any content or files you upload.
  • By using the platform, you grant Positive Equation a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

7. AI & Educational Disclaimers

  • AI-generated content is provided as recommendations only and should be reviewed before use.
  • Monthly Giving Builder does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
  • You are solely responsible for how content is implemented within your organization.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system
  • Upload harmful, misleading, or infringing content
  • Interfere with platform security or performance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Positive Equation's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees during the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
